Cristian Gheorghe
Cristian has more than 15 years of experience in the Romanian HR service market. He delivered quality, result-oriented and highly successful training programs for managers and teams of multinational and local companies in FMCG, banking, pharma, advertising, IT & C and manufacturing industries. He also coordinated several successful business consulting projects. Among the clients were: British American Tobacco, Ericsson, Tymbark Maspex, Dr. Oetker, ING Bank, Credit Europe Bank, Farmexim, Help Net Pharmacies, Austral, Punct Advertising, Business Publishing Grup, Siemens PSE, Whirlpool.
For the last four years, Cristian served as a General Manager of BIA HR, a reputable HR service company with activities in recruitment, payroll outsourcing and temporary work assignments (www.bia.ro), having had excellent results in growing and development of the organization.
Cristian graduated the MBA of IEDC Bled School of Management, Slovenia (www.iedc.si) in 1999 and the Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest, Trade and Tourism, in 1994.
He is a member of HR Club Romania, of the American Chamber of Commerce in Romania and of the IEDC Romanian Alumni Club.
