My name is Cristian Gheorghe and I am among the first HR consultants in Romania. In 2017, I celebrate 20 years of successfully helping organizations and managers to make better decisions. I saw hardworking professionals who succeeded and talented ones who did not. The leadership program that I created, Organizational and Personal Success (OPS) could be the moment of change or confirmation for the participants seeking personal and professional success. We discuss about three subjects: setting objectives, the will to reach them and the perseverance of following through. The participants will discover the barriers that prevent them valuing their potential and learn how to deal with them.
