The company was established in 2000 by Cristian Gheorghe and offers consulting services in human resource development, including process analysis and diagnostic, competencies development programs, performance management processes design and implementation, assessment of managers and alignment programs for the management team to better understand and internalize the Company’s mission, vision and strategy.

More than 50 organizations have used our services, either for consulting services, competencies development, or for training and coaching. Here are some of them: British American Tobacco, Mobexpert, Tymbark, Dr Oetker, Unilever, HBO, Help Net Farma, Bristol Meyers Squibb, Whirlpool, Reckitt Benckiser, Honda Trading, Alstom GT, Siemens PSE, Credit Europe Bank, New Concept Travel/American Express, Agrana, Ovidiu Ro, Junior Achievement, GTS Telecom, C&A Retail.

The General Management experience of our Managing Partner was enriched during the four successful years with BIA HR, between 2007 and 2011. The company operates in business areas like executive search, payroll and temporary work services; among clients, there were ING Bank, Cristim, Servier Pharma, GE Money.

Successful experience

Cristian has more than 20 years of experience on human resources services market. During 1997 and 2007 he designed and delivered training programs for managers of some of the best companies on the market in Romania: Leadership, Communication, Personal Development, Management Orientation – contributed to the development of human resources in successful companies such as British American Tobacco, Mobexpert, Dr. Oetker, Tymbark, Coca-Cola, HBO, Freescale Semiconductor, Siemens PSE, Austral, HelpNet Farma, Bristol Meyers Squibb, Alstom, New Concept Travel/American Express, Honda Trading, Unilever, Agrana.

Bristol Meyers Squibb, Mobexpert. Cristian, has also coordinated business consulting projects that have resulted in the redesign process of human resource management in client companies. He is now the Managing Partner of Nexus Consulting International, company he founded in 2000.
During 2007 and 2011, Cristian held the position of General Manager of BIA, HR a company with activities in executive search and recruitment, payroll services and temporary work agent. In his term, the company’s services have been strengthened and diversified, sales increasing from 500 000 to 1.4 million euro.
Cristian graduated from the EMBA IEDC Bled School of Management, Slovenia in 1999 and the University of Economic Studies, Trade, Tourism and Services, in 1994 in Bucharest. Between January and June 2000 he was a consultant for CARNet, Croatian Academic and Research Network in Zagreb, Croatia. In 1997 he received a scholarship offered by Helsinki Mobility Center and attended courses North Karelia University of Joensuu, Finland. Also, Cristian was junior assistant at UES Bucharest during 1995-1998. Cristian was born in Pitesti, Romania and graduated the high school of Mathematics and Physics No. 1 Odobescu. He is a member of IEDC Alumni Club Romania, of Amcham and HR Club.
