Selection and Evaluation Procedure

First, we talk to you in order to understand the role you are looking for and the company culture. After that, we start the search.

Upon identifying the candidates, we conduct face-to-face interviews, where we assess the technical and cultural compliance with your company.

Throughout the recruitment process, we will be in frequent contact to keep you informed on the project status and to offer you information about the interviewed candidates. This also provides an ongoing opportunity to discuss, on a timely basis, any changes in the market that may have an impact upon the outcome of the recruitment process.

Other Process Details

The deadline until the presentation of the shortlist of candidates is approximately 3 weeks from the date of signing the contract for middle management positions; for top positions, it could last more.

Fees and Payment Methods

We charge a flat fee for each assignment, based on the estimated professional time and degree of complexity. This has the advantage of enabling you to accurately budget for the work from the outset.

For middle management positions, the range of fees is between 5500-8500 euro plus VAT; in case of multiple recruitment, we discuss upon the case.

For top positions (CFO, Directors, VP’s etc) we charge from 8500 up.

The fee is to be paid in 3 instalments:

30% upon signing the recruitment contract
30% after presenting the shortlist of candidates
40% after the selected candidate is hired by you

All above-mentioned amounts do not include VAT.

Payments are to be made in 5 working days after the receiving of the invoice by the client. If you decide to interrupt the contract, the payments that have been made already are non-refundable.

Guarantee

Nexus Consulting guarantees the new employees for a period of 6 months. Under this clause, during the guarantee period following the hiring date, should the candidate leave your organization for subjective reasons, we commit to undertake a new search with no extra fee. This guarantee does not apply in case separation occurs due to external causes: accidents, company restructuring, incomplete information, harassment, fail to meet the contractual liabilities etc.

Others

If you decide to hire more candidates than the number agreed in the contract within one year after closing the initial process, you pay 50% extra of the initial fee.
